Management personnel can intuitively view the transportation of raw materials, the operating status of equipment, and the processing progress of products in each process by monitoring the large screen or terminal equipment. Once an anomaly is found in a link, such as raw material blockage, equipment operating parameters deviation, etc., it can issue instructions in time to adjust, ensure the smooth production process, improve production efficiency and product quality stability.
Production beat optimization and balance: the production beat of the production line is deeply analyzed and optimized, and the production beat of each production link is balanced by adjusting the running speed of the equipment, the operating time and the connecting sequence between the processes. Avoid the situation that some processes produce too fast leading to product backlog, and some processes produce too slowly affecting the overall progress. For example, by optimizing the cooperation of the cutting and laminating processes of raw materials, the production speed of the two is matched, the waiting time is reduced, the overall production efficiency of the production line is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
